Day 1: Marrakech (Arrival)
Your driver will be waiting for you at the airport to transfer you to your riad in the Medina.
Depending on your arrival time, you may have the opportunity to enjoy some initial sightseeing.

Day 2: Marrakech (sightseeing)
After breakfast, your guide will show you the Medina’s most important sights: the Koutubia
Mosque , the enormous Jemaa el-Fnaa square , the colorful, lively souks with their oriental
scents, the Bab Agnaou , Marrakech’s most beautiful gate, and the Bahia Palace . The rest of
the afternoon is yours to explore. You can explore further on your own, for example, the famous
gardens, or relax in a traditional hammam. Afterwards, savor your impressions in a typical
Moroccan restaurant in the Medina.

Day 3: Marrakech – Casablanca – Rabat
(Full Board)
After breakfast, your journey continues through the country’s largest city, Casablanca. Here, you will visit the famous Hassan II Mosque, including an interior tour. Your trip then proceeds to Rabat, the capital of Morocco.
In Rabat, you will explore the Royal Palace gardens, the Kasbah of the Oudaias, one of the most important buildings from the Almohad period, and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V with its imposing Hassan Tower. You will also visit the medina with its winding alleys, beautiful studded wooden doors, and terraces overlooking the Bouregreg River.

Day 4: Rabat – Meknès – Volubilis – Fes
Today you leave the coast and travel to Meknes. The city lies on a fertile plateau and is known for its 40 km long city wall with its magnificent city gates, as well as for its beautiful,
authentic souks. Here you will visit the medina with arguably the most beautiful gate in Morocco, the “Bab El Mansour.”
You will then visit the Mellah, the Jewish Quarter.
The former royal stables of Moulay Ismail and the old granary impress with their elaborate
architecture. Afterwards, you will continue to the Roman city of Volubilis, whose ruins you
will explore in detail. On the way to Fez, you will see the pilgrimage town of Moulay Idriss in
the opposite hills, whose outline is reminiscent of a dromedary. The journey then continues to the oldest of the imperial cities, Fez.

Day 5: Fez (sightseeing)
After a leisurely breakfast, your city tour begins. First, you’ll drive to the “Castle of the
South,” where you’ll enjoy unforgettable panoramic views of the old town. Fez is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Through the beautifully decorated Bab Boujelou gate, you’ll enter the best-preserved old town district in Morocco and visit the Bou Inania Koranic school,
the tomb of Moulay Idriss, the Kairouine Mosque, and the oldest university in the world. Along the way, you’ll see the colorful souks, the merchant and craftsmen’s alleys lined with
coppersmiths, tanners, tailors, chasers, and potters. At the end of the tour, you can enjoy fresh,
Moroccan-style peppermint tea in an authentic café.

Day 6: Fez – Ifran – Midelt
After breakfast, you’ll leave oriental Fez and head south. Passing Ifran, the ski resort and the
“Switzerland” of Morocco, you’ll continue through the scenic Middle Atlas with its cedar forests.
A short walk in the surrounding area is possible today.
With a bit of luck, you’ll encounter some Barbary macaques in their mustard-yellow fur, who will not shyly beg for a few peanuts.
Towards the afternoon, you’ll reach the apple town of Midelt
Day 7: Midelt – Merzouga – Erg Chebbi
After breakfast, you’ll travel through the Ziz Gorges, a bizarre canyon dotted with oases and date palms. You’ll drive via the oasis town of Erfoud to Merzouga. This small desert oasis is
surrounded by the red-gold dunes of the Erg Chebbi. Here, you can take a short break.
Afterwards, you’ll ride a dromedary into the depths of the Sahara to your desert camp. On top of a high dune, you’ll enjoy the magical sunset.

Day 8: Merzouga – Rissani – Tineghir
If you want to experience the magical moment of sunrise today, you’ll have to get up early.
After breakfast outdoors in the mild morning sun, you can either ride back to Merzouga by camel or drive in an off-road vehicle. From Merzouga, you’ll travel via Rissani, the former
capital of the Tafilalt. Finally, you’ll reach Tineghir, where the Todra Valley begins. You’ll drive up to the impressive Todra Gorge.

Day 9: Tineghir – Dadès – Ouarzazate
After breakfast, you leave Tineghir and cross the Dades Valley. The road runs along the Dades River and is lined with beautiful oasis villages, date palms, and numerous kasbahs.
The journey continues along the famous “Road of 1000 Kasbahs,” where you discover the El Kalaa-M’Gouna oasis in the Rose Valley. In the afternoon, you reach Ouarzazate, the “Hollywood” of Morocco. Numerous international films, such as “Lawrence of Arabia” and “Gladiator,” were filmed here

Day 10: Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakesh
After breakfast, on the way to Marrakech, you’ll visit the village of Ait Ben Haddou, home to one of the most magnificent kasbahs in North Africa: a beautiful example of traditional Berber mud-brick architecture.
The journey continues along one of Morocco’s most beautiful routes. You’ll cross the Atlas Pass – Tizin-Tichka (2260 m). With a few breaks at some of the most beautiful viewpoints, you’ll reach Marrakech, the “Pearl of the South,” in the afternoon.
The remaining time is at your own discretion.
